Hello, my name is Hayley,

A little bit about my journey:
With more than 20 years of customer service experience, I have a strong interest of the care/welfare of others and a natural ability for helping people through hands on therapy. I developed this passion during my time as a Beauty Therapist with highly reputable Beauty college with extremely high standards, qualifying in NVQ Levels 2 & 3 and several courses from 2004 – 2007. My strengths were building relationships with my clients, making recommendations to meet their needs which achieved their desired results. I was a well-respected member of a successful team with a vast and happy client base. To accommodate my then needs/circumstances I decided to challenge myself in 2009 so went off to seek a new career in a 9-5 environment but I always kept myself hands on with the valuable skill set I had proudly achieved.
Following my interest of hands on therapy, In 2017 I decided to look into the industry of sports massage and found it so fascinating that I decided to enrol for the sports & Remedial Therapy diploma course at the highly professional and regarded Cotswold Academy. I am pleased to say I have achieved a ITEC Merit grade at Level 3 and 4.
I feel I have come full circle on my journey and am so happy and excited to be in a position to be offering my services and helping people through something I care so much about. I am now providing treatments, tailored to the individual, always offering a friendly welcome in my small home space, with a high standard of service and ethics.
