    • Collecting medical information such as current and past conditions, recent injuries and any medications help to identify potential risks and aid the therapist to tailor the massage if needed, this is also to minimise harm or discomfort to the client and to identify if massage is suitable. This information ensures client safety and potentially identify contraindications that could make massage harmful or ineffective, as certain medical conditions can make massage unsuitable.
